He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Lucy Mae Tinsley (Whaley); his former life partner Phyllis Gibson; his father James Tinsley; his siblings, David Tinsley (Cindy) of Colony, Kansas, Don Millington of Garnett, Kansas and Reta Hoyt (Garland) of Gardner, Kansas; his nieces and nephews, John Tinsley, Jacob Tinsley, Obidah Hoyt, Faith Lanning and Amber Tinsley Peterson; his former life partner Phyllis Castleberry; and his stepdaughters, Sarah Sutton and Denise Ferguson Fish.
