He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Decker and Vera Decker. He is survived by: his significant other Joanne Marlene Haner of Weir, KS; his siblings, Glenda Meister of Faulkton, SD, Ellen Clausen-Decker of Sioux Falls, SD and Jim Decker; his sons, Randy Decker (Colette) of Rapid City, SD and Mike Decker of Winslow, AZ; and his grandchildren, Amy Zortz (Bryan) of Weir, KS., Stephanie Decker, Nick Decker, Clint Walker, Michael Decker, Paul Decker, Austin Rogers, Skylar Zortz, Sydney Wilson and Jake Zortz. He is also survived by two sons, one daughter, nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Southeast Kansas Humane Society in Pittsburg, KS or Shriner's Hospitals.
