He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Sue Wiand; his children, Dwight David Hale (Lindsay) of Ramona, CA, James Eugene Hale of Weir, KS, Melissa Miller of Joplin, MO, Michelle Hale of Carl Junction, MO, Jennifer Berry (Randy) of Baxter Springs, KS and Stephanie Monroe (Ryan) of Cherokee, KS; and his brother Lowell Hale of Butler, MO. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
