He is survived by: his wife Judith McGinn of Wellington, Kansas; his children, Melony McGinn, Mindy Lopez (Chris), Buffy McGinn of Lewiston, Idaho, Phillip Burton (Debbie) of Fredonia, Kansas, Nicole Burton of Wichita, Kansas, Morgan McGinn (Dustin) of Valley Center, Kansas and David; and his siblings, Robert Parrish of Colorado, Trudy Parrish of Kansas, Judy Parrish (Steve) of Washington and Tommy McGinn. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
