It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elle Marie Bowden (Wellsville, Kansas), born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on October 5, 2018, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Heather Bowden; her brother Jude Constant; her grandparents, Horace Bowden and Sheri Bowden; her uncle Jake; and her aunts, Carey Bowden and Clytie Bowden. She is also survived by great aunts and uncles.
