It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Johnny Richard Higgins (Wellsville, Kansas), born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Janet Rose; his daughter Janet Ruth Higgins (Jon Bruning) of Griswold, IA; his grandchildren, Brandon Cornett and Rhonda Stuhr; and his great grandchildren, Jada Moore, Jonah and Salah Cornett.
