He was predeceased by : his mother Veronica Hammar (Weaver); and his wife Earla Schultz. He is survived by : his father Melvin Hammar of Wellsville; his son John Hammar of Ottawa; his sister Tammy Conekin (Evan) of Webster; and his nephew Corey Black of Wellsville. He is also survived by several stepchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
