He was predeceased by: his parents, George Haverkamp and Evelyn Haverkamp (Winkler); his son Wayne Francis Haverkamp; his son-in-law Jay Orville Wheeler; his granddaughter Alyssa Marie Elliott; his great grandchild Peyton Michael Topping; his granddaughter Amanda Rae Elliott; and his brothers, Robert Haverkamp (Bob) and William Haverkamp (Bill).
He is survived by: his son Chris Haverkamp (Tracey) of Silver Lake; and his siblings, Melvin Haverkamp (Carolyn) of Seneca, George Haverkamp (Jolene) of Seneca and Georgina Holthaus (Harlan).
