He was predeceased by: his parent Darrek Klahr; and his grandparent Duane Klahr. He is survived by: his parent Inga Klahr; his sibling Trevor; his grandparents, Barbara Beitz of Eureka and Owen Jacobson of Hiawatha; his aunts and uncles, Doug, Trish Klahr of Wetmore, Tracy Beitz, Melissa Barkus of Reece, Jason and Tara Beitz of Eureka; and his cousins, Christian Orness, Kendall and Kolby Beitz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Immanuel Lutheran Church or to Garrett's Eagle Project completion (nature trail signs around the Jackson Heights cross country course) c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
