She was predeceased by: her mother Elaine Tyruss Horn. She is survived by: her children, Ja-Kyah Clark, Ayrianah Clark and Johntell Clark; her father Alvin Horn; her sisters, Alvinetta Bryant (Willie), Aretina Maholmes (Undrell) and Antoinette Horn; her siblings' children, DeAndre Gilkey Jr., Taariq Rounds, Tyress Lane, Jaylon Jones, Aiden Quarles and Jayla Jones; and her great-nephews, DreVion Gilkey, Jayceon Rounds, Marcino Selichnow-Gilkey and Ja'Air Rounds. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Going Home.
