She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Stephens and Martha Stephens; her husband Jerry Donnelly; and her siblings, William Hazlett, Eugene Hazlett, Terry Stephens, Loren Stephens and Shirley Strunk.
She is survived by: her children, John Curtis (Summer), Denise Mills (Bradley), Michelle Cuda (Curtis) and Lisa Schawe (Brian); her grandchildren, Whitney, Bryce, Courteney, Ashley, Cameron (CJ), Cory, Caleb, Hayley, Brett and Katelyn; and her siblings, Henry, Richard, Byron Stephens, Carlotta Collins and Maryon Taylor. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
