He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester R. Fulton and Irene Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Louisa Fulton (Rosales); and his siblings, Beverly Ingraham (Donald) and Gary Fulton.
A rosary was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (2351 N Market St, Wichita, KS 67219). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
