He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman and Ella Mae Sullivan (Hohenstein); and his siblings, H. Dewight Sullivan and Freddie D. Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Sullivan (Darbyshire); his children, Dennis D. Sullivan, Kevin D, Colby L. Sullivan, Candace L. Wright (Jason), April K. Kline (Jared) and Cassandra L. Sullivan; and his sister Geneva Croney. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
