He was predeceased by: his father Duane Turner. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Turner of LaPlata, MO; his children, Joshua Austin Turner and Lauren Nicole Turner (David) of Wichita; his wife Cathy Turner; his son Josh Turner (Amy) of Hesston, KS; and his siblings, Pam Fry (Wayne) of McFall, MO and Matthew Turner (Andrea) of LaPlata, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Dennis' name with Christ Church, and will be distributed to ministry partners around the world.
