She was predeceased by : her parents, Jake Wagner and Katherine Wagner; her husband Homer R. Watkins of Medicine Lodge; and her brother Vernon Wagner. She is survived by : her children, Randall (LeArta) of Derby and Pamela (Morgan); and her grandchildren, Amy Rohr, John Watkins, Amanda Ast, Katy Gottsponer, Lindsay Gottsponer and Peter Gottsponer. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
