In the vast expanse of eternity, Elsie Patricia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Ray Potter; her son David Ray Potter; her parents, William Julius and Elsie Susan Foshee; and her brother William Dubie Foshee.

She is survived by: her son Jeffrey D. Potter; and her sister Carolyn Poe (Bradley). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“We rejoice with the angles in heaven that our sister in Christ made it home on Dec. 4th. What a graduation from her earthly, church family to her heavenly family and to be reunited with her Harold. She gave her life to the children's ministry of Olivet Baptist Church, Wichita, KS. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. Humble and gracious as she gave her time and energy to serving her Lord. We will see you later Patsy. Your loving brother and sister in Christ, Dane and Sue Hutcherson.”
