He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Lee Brown Sr. and Oda Mae Winn. He is survived by : his daughters, Janice E. Brown and Deborah K. Brown; and his brother Wayne Brown. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
