He is survived by: his sisters, Kay Laszlo of Broken Arrow, OK and Penny Birdsong (Doug) of Salina, KS.; his sons, Martin Phillips (Bianca) of San Clemente, CA, Lance Phillips (Laura) of Wichita, KS and Matt Phillips (Cheri) of McKinney, TX.; his grandchildren, Reagan Phillips (Justin Bell), Jordan Phillips (Kevin Hawkins), Bradon Phillips, Tristan Phillips, Josie Dishman (Dustin), Drew Phillips (Hannah), Peri Patterson (Zach) and Zara Phillips (Sedric Jones); and his great grandchildren, Brelyn, Armani, Alyvia, Easten, Aiva, Keira and Payden.
