He is survived by: his wife Dana; his sons, Tad Fugate of Rose Hill, Todd Fugate (Kathy) of Overland Park, Ryan Wasinger (Lindsey) of Wichita, Brett Wasinger (Kristen) of Wichita and Colin Wasinger of Wichita; his grandchildren, Zachary Fugate (Brooke), Nikita Waldron (Drew), Bianca Miller (Shane), Lilyahna Fugate, Garrett Fugate (Madison), Sarah Rohleder (Derek), Grace Fugate, Greyson Wasinger, Crew Wasinger, Penelope Wasinger, Oliver Wasinger, Norah Wasinger, Jude Wasinger and Josephine Wasinger; his great grandchildren, Blakely, William and Lucy Waldron; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Callie Fugate, Augustine Miller and Riggs Fugate; and his siblings, Linda Kreuzberg (Kavin) and Mike Fugate.
