He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Lee and Malinda Petrosky; and his brother Toby Petrosky. He is survived by: his wife Glynell Petrosky; his sisters, Carolyn Marlatt and Linda Simonson; his siblings-in-law, Mary Petrosky and Ford Wisdom; his daughters, Janie Adams (Nick), Charlotte Buchanan (Mike) and Beckie Avery (Mike); and his grandchildren, Reed Adams (Marissa Wright), Scott Adams (Ryann Patterson), Carson Avery (Maggie Tyner), Josh Avery (Ragan Dutcher), Lindsay Jennings (Luke), Abby Adams (Drew Otero) and Suzanne Avery (Brandon Kirmer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church (8021 W 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67205).
