He is survived by: his wife Donna Woydziak; his sons, Fred Woydziak and Gary Conley; and his siblings, Greg Woydziak (Ellen), Jim (Carol), Larry, Dan (Julie), Rick (Mary) and Judy Gatewood. He is also survived by grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
