She was predeceased by: her parents, Sinforiano Negrete and Angela Negrete; her husband James H. Iniguez; and her siblings, Isabel Negrete, John Negrete, Eleanor Marquez, Benito Negrete, Marie Elena Marrs (Lena), Pascual Negrete (Danny) and Lila Ybarra.
She is survived by: her sons, Marcus Iniguez (Annette) and Ramon Iniguez (Sue); her grandchildren, Darius Iniguez (Aivy), Aja Howerton (Dustin) and Morgan Durham-Iniguez; and her great grandchildren, Rowan Iniguez, Cambria Iniguez, Evangeline Howerton, Beckett Howerton and Stellan Howerton.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (3030 N Amidon Ave, Wichita, KS 67204). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with: Botanica, The Wichita Gardens, 701 Amidon Street, Wichita, KS 67203, Guadalupe Clinic, 940 S. St. Francis, Wichita, KS 67211and St. Jude Catholic Church, 3030 N Amidon, Wichita, KS 67204. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Juanita Tomasa Iniguez 's name.
