He was predeceased by: his parents, August Mae and Artie Mae. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Mae; his children, Rick Mae, Mike Decker, Sherry Lare Joubert and Robert Lare, Jr.; and his siblings, Kenneth Mae and Barbara Mae Bell (Jess). He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
