She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Block and Lucile Washington; her siblings, Willie White, Charles Prosper and Sharon Prosper; and her grandson Joseph Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Cooper; her children, Kenneth Ray Cooper, Genesis Cooper and Kendra Cooper; her grandchildren, Jordan, Jadyn, Tristian, Diamond, Jaremiah and Alydia; and her brothers, Jerry Block, Andrew Prosper, Elston Prosper, Ray Floyd Prosper, Michael Prosper and Mark Prosper. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
