He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Cullinane; and his brother Mike Cullinane. He is survived by: his mother Alice "Charlene" Cullinane (Blecha); his sons, Justin Cullinane (Ashley), Mark Cullinane (Macie) and Derek Vincent (Kim); and his brothers, Steve Cullinane and Dan Cullinane. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and many extended family.
