With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mikkel J. Haugen of Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on December 8, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Haugen and Bonnie B. Haugen; his father-in-law John E. Hunter; and his brother-in-law Bryan F. Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Haugen (Hunter); his cousin Jeff Wilkerson (Lynette); his mother-in-law Patricia Hunter; his siblings-in-law, Pam Knowles (Bob), Erin Kirby, Debra Thome (Mike) and Steve Hunter (Judy); and his pet Yoshi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mick's name to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, and/or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
