She was predeceased by: her grandmother Monica Toney; and her great-grandparent Alphonso Toney Jr.. She is survived by: her father Phillip Simpson II; her stepfather Rica Simpson (Toney); her siblings, Phillip Simpson III, Kamora Manuel, Addison Manuel, Jamie Ford, DeMonte Simpson, Hashiem Ford, Amira Simpson and Amara Simpson; her grandparents, Candace Ford and Richard Logan Sr.; and her great-grandparent Lillian Terry. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family has asked that memorials be made out to Rica to help offset funeral expenses and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
