He was predeceased by: his parents, Alava Ray and Aleen Dotson Woodard; his wife Lynda Swearngin Woodard; and his sister Joyce Pejakovich. He is survived by: his children, David and Susan Woodard; his grandchild Reanna; his children, Dylan (Paige Woodard), Abigail Woodard, Lisa and Steve Gibson; his grandchildren, Skyler (Falyn Schrag), Sonny (Brittany Gibson) and Summer Gibson; his children, Mike and Kristen Swearngin; his grandchild Charlie; his child Stacia Swearngin Coughenour; his grandchildren, Ryan and Zach; and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Jaxton, Waylon, Gordon, Lynn, Hunter, Walker Gibson, Nova and Jaxon Schrag.
