She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Hagan and Lillian Hagan; her husband Carl Lewis; and her siblings, Donald Hagan (Evelyn) and Clella Ellis (Algie).
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Lewis (Kris), Bruce Lewis (Tiffany) and Gary Lewis (Mary). She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren & 15 Great Grandchildren.
