She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Folkerts and Clydella Folkerts; her grandparents, Arthur and Myrtle Lambert; and her siblings, Leroy Folkerts and Marjorie Folkerts.

She is survived by : her husband Russ Wade; her children, Jennifer Bezdek of Wichita, Kansas and Rob Carlo (Karen) of Wichita, Kansas; her brother Bud Utz; her brother-in-law Dennis Wade (Kathy); her grandchildren, Michael Bezdek, Adam Bezdek, Ashlynn Farrison, Ryan Bezdek, Bryce Bezdek, Drew Bezdek, Sandy Carlo, Jacob Carlo, Maggie Carlo, Max Carlo, Jordi Camfield, Devon Shunatona and Caleb Shunatona; her great grandchildren, Parker Bezdek, Alyiah McGowan, Ella Cuevas, Skyler Bezdek, Emmett Bezdek, Harper Bezdek, Mason Farrison, Noah Farrison, Aiden Farrison, Brooks Bezdek, Kairi Camfield, Dayson Camfield and Axton Camfield; her nieces, Dawn Colonna and Denise Miller; her nephew Kelly Utz; and her cousin Jim Lambert. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
