In the sacred silence of farewell, Roger is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Roger's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Austin and Linda Blasche (Ervin); and his stepfather Larry Blasche. He is survived by: his wife Joanna Austin (Wagerle); his stepmother Barbra Austin; his siblings, Donald Austin (Sarah) and Vicki Carter (Mark); and his children, Elena Francisco (Ryne), Brenner Austin, Layne Austin and Bryton Austin. He is also survived by many in-laws, step-siblings, cousins. nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wichita Cornerstone Sda Church (903 S 127th St E, Wichita, KS 67207).
