She was predeceased by : her parents, Mitford Jack and Elizabeth Jack; and her brother William Jack. She is survived by : her husband Phil; her children, Greg Stamps (Terri), Gary Stamps (Stacey), Lisa Mitchell, Julie Johnston (Mark) and Dana Stamps; her grandchildren, Garrett Mitchell, Rebecca Drake (Zach), Ryan Stamps (Jacquie), Alexandra McDowell (Mason), Anna Farnan (Trey), Silas Stamps, Zachary Johnston, Sam Johnston (Amanda), Kaitlin DeVoe (Matt) and Makenna Johnston; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Drake, Julia Drake, Adeline Drake and Archibald McDowell.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Kansas Humane Society.
