She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Phelps; her siblings, Mervin, Roy, Bernice, Omie and Nova Jean; and her daughter Sheila.
She is survived by: her siblings, Willis and Faye; her husband J. C. Treat; and her sons, Michael, Jack, Jerry and Kenneth. She is also survived by Her family also included 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
