He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Powell Sr. and Suzanne Brown. He is survived by: his wife Charlesetta Powell. He is also survived by his children, 28 grandchildren, and a multitude of great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Jackson Mortuary (1125 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67214). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Winfield Veterans Cemetery (1208 N College St, Winfield, KS 67156).
