It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Kay Riggins of Wichita, Kansas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willis A. Upton and Mary Ona Upton (Houser); her spouse Claude Riggins; her stepsons, Matthew Riggins and Brett Riggins; her siblings, Harmon, Bob, Gaylene and Lloyd; her niece Tina Hopkins; her cousins, Sharon Harvey and Laina Harris; her great-niece Pamela; and also, Melanie, Kristy, Sarah, Wayne and Ross.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Immanuel Baptist Church, the Kansas Humane Society and to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
