He was predeceased by: his father Troy Lee; his son Troy Jerald Wayne "TJ" McCullough; and his brother Larry McCullough. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Irene McCullough (Weyer) of Winfield; his wife Wanda Lewis of Winfield; his daughter Jolene McCullough of Winfield; his siblings, Allen McCullough (Patricia) of Snyder, TX, Linda Laude (Brad) of Wakarusa and Audrey Feaster (Greg) of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Taten Kunkel, Madison Kunkel and Brionna Garcia.
A memorial has been established in Anthony's name for Relay for Life of Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
