She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel C. Wright and Ora Wright (King); her husband Kenneth L. Metz; and her siblings, Sam Wright, Lois Starkey and Louise Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Karen L. King of Winfield, Kenneth S. Metz (Natalie) of Topeka and Cindy Carter (Sheldon) of Oxford. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Delores' name for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
