With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gilbert Stanley Abel of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on August 20, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred S. Abel and Arda Mae Abel (Dillow). He is survived by: his wife Grayce Abrahamson of St. John, Kansas.; and his children, Kathleen A. Packer (Robert) of Centennial, CO, Van A. Abel (Melissa) of Wichita and Doran S. Abel (Christina) of Natick, MA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Mr. Abel's name for Cornerstone Bible Fellowship Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
