With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Carolyn King Thurman of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on February 11, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John William and Julia "Lulu" Smith; her husband Wendell Lee King; and her children, Debra Lee, Wendy Louise of Oklahoma City, Christopher Lee of Burlington and Brian William of Clarksville, Tennessee..

Due to COVID precautions, no services are planned.

A memorial has been established with the Winfield Community Theatre. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
