She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Parker and Lola Mae Parker; and her brother Carl Parker. She is survived by: her former husband Kent Whitmore; her husband Warren E. Racker; her daughters, Shelly Whitmore of Winfield and Keri Whitmore of Winfield; her stepchildren, Michael Whitmore of Oklahoma and Cindy Grass (Andy) of St. Louis, MO; her brother Dennis Keith Parker of Wichita; her grandchildren, Alexa Flora, Jessamyn Perin, Audrey Yingling, Logan Yingling, Kristian Yingling and Alexander Grass; her great grandchild Carter Adams; and her close friends, Marylin and Russell Wedd.
A memorial has been established in Kay's name for the Kansas Veterans Home in Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
