It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Octavio Dominguez Carrasco of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Carrasco and Nicolasa Carrasco (Dominguez); his father-in-law James King; and his brothers, Manuel, Cecilio, Fermin, Pedro and Roberto Carrasco.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Carrasco of Winfield; his children, Nicolasa Bogle (Steven) of Oxford, Cristina Carrasco of Winfield, Octavio David Carrasco of Winfield and Raquel Carrasco of Oxford; his siblings, Juan Carrasco of Winfield, Carlos Carrasco of Mexico, Jose Carrasco of Mexico, Ramon Carrasco of Colorado, Guadelupe Carrasco of Florida, Maria Tarin of Winfield, Gloria Perez of Newkirk, OK and Elisabet Sandovol of Midland, TX; and his grandchildren, Anastasia Acosta, Lillian Hongphakdy, RiQuandrion Mangum, R'Reonté Mangum, Magdalena Gardea, Noel Gardea, Yasmin Gardea, Adriel Carrasco, Alyvea Bogle, Yacinia Gardea, Amiyah Carrasco and Alija Bogle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Octavio's name for the American Diabetes Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
