She is survived by: her husband Billy "Bill" Mayfield of Winfield; her friend Sharon Crittenden; her children, Denise Crittenden (Chad) of Winfield and Dennis Mayfield (Kim) of South Coffeyville; her sister-in-law Pat Ripper of Topeka; her grandchildren, Brian Mayfield (Lindsay) of Oxford, Brandi Mayfield (Jeff Finney) of Tyro, Dustin Crittenden (Stacie) of Winfield and Jared Crittenden (Melissa) of Winfield; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Lane, Ava, Grace Mayfield, Aubrie, Triton Mayfield, Emma Charvat, Barrett Dean Crittenden and Cora Fay Crittenden.
