She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Weinrich and Francis Weinrich (Theiss); her grandchildren, Joshua Orr, Megan and Jennifer Hotchkin; and her sisters, Katherine, Connie and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Hotchkin of Winfield; her children, Kris Hotchkin (Arlene) of Burden and Terresa Stewart (Larry) of Burden; her brother-in-law Steve Hotchkin of Arkansas City; her grandchildren, Lynnda Pappan, Kris Hotchkin, Jr., Joann Martin, Dustin Orr, Tim Hotchkin, Sarah George, Christopher Owens, Chad Moya and LeaAnn Moya; and her friend Sharon Darnell.
A memorial has been established in Phyllis' name for Trinity Lutheran School. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
