She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Kelley and Dorothy Kelley (Wiggs); her brothers, Larry, Jerry, Danny and Steve Kelley; her children, Andrew Edwards and Sandy Edwards-Brill; and her nephew Johnnie Hill.
She is survived by: her former husband Danny Edwards; her sibling Rivers; her husband Kenny Rutherford of Winfield; her daughter Dana Bonnell (Buck) of Arkansas City; her stepdaughters, Tina Kurtz (Keith) of Mansfield, TX and Denise Huebert (David) of Halstead; her sister Barbara Hill-Wilson of Reno, NV; her sister-in-law Sharon Kelley of Glenpool, OK; and her grandchildren, Casey Snodgrass, Joseph Kurtz, Kaci Lewis, Teira Anderson, Alyssa Briley, Greg Edwards, Brianna Hand, Chandra Watts (Rustin), Andrea Dillon, Joscalyne Bonnell, Bron Bonnell and Clark Bonnell. She is also survived by her 13 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Sandy's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
