He is survived by : his former life partners, Donna Vermeulen and Guyla Jo Tharp; his children, Bill Condit (Bonnie) of Winfield, Jody Weaver of Winfield, Paula Schiff (Breck) of Winfield, Kathy Blankenship of Winfield, Vicki Condit of Wichita and Todd Condit (Toni) of Vallejo, CA; his grandchildren, Erin Lofgreen (Matt), Jordan Condit (Ayumi), Jeremy Weaver, Amanda Flower (Jake), Winter Palmer (James), Buck Verbeck (Leigh Ann), Heather Holcomb (Nick), Alexandra Condit, Allisha Olson (Kenny Stonecipher) and Alexander Olson (Jessica Gardner); his great grandchildren, Stresa, Isola, Brooklyn, Sebastian, Haze, Jadyn, Lilly, Kai, Talon, Tucker, Darius, Autumn, Maison and Khloe; his siblings, Madonna of Wichita, Lawrence Condit of Tucson, AZ, Debra of Offerle and Eddie Condit of Labanon, MO; and his close friend Virginia McConnell of Winfield.

A memorial has been established in Joe's name for the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
