She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Kaye Douglas (Miller); and her stepfather Leland Joe Douglas. She is survived by: her parent Eddie Church; her children, Leslie Church of Yates Center, Patricia Perreault of Yates Center, Jessica Perreault of Yates Center, James Cranor of Iola, KS and Jonathan Cranor of Chanute, KS; her grandchildren, Zoe, Alyssa, Hannah, Adalyn, Mylee, Maliyah and Arlo; her great grandchild Beckett; and her sibling Eddie.
