She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl and Clarice Willen Butler. She is survived by: her husband Gene Witham; and her children, Susan Delk, Stephanie Delk Covert, Vickie Finkes, Tonya Holland, Jeff Avery (Karen), Randy Avery (Stephanie) and Daniel (Lauren Witham). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
