He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Jones and Ethel Jones. He is survived by : his wife Kathryn "Kathy" Jones; his children, Lori Teagarden (Danny), Ronald Jones (Jill) of Alexandria, Brenda Harvey Stogdell of Fresno, CA and Mitchell Harvey of Cincinnati; his granddaughters, Sarah, Shannah, Jillian, Heather and Amber; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Grady, Maleah, Makynlee, Connor, Chloe and Gracie.
