She was predeceased by: her husband James Wilburn, Jr.; and her siblings, Billy Phelps, Dewey Phelps and Wanda Mosley. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Wilburn (Theresa) of Deerfield, OH and Danny Wilburn (Kelly) of Alexandria, KY; and her siblings, Harold Phelps, Jimmy Phelps, Bobby Phelps, Dean Pittman, Iva Poynter and Vicki O'Brian. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
