Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trimble Chapel Church (79 Trimble Chapel Sq, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
